Job Description
We have a unique oppportunity for someone with 1-3 years of sales experience in any industry. After spending 3-5 months studying to pass licensing tests and learning insurance basics, the candidate will go to an intensive 3 week class. This class will be followed by a 12 month sales training program with weekly phone calls with a coach. The program is demanding and 50-60 hour work weeks are expected but there is a 75% pass rate. When the candidtate completes this program they will be on their way to a successful insurance sales career.
Desired Skills & Experience
College degree, 1-3 years of sales experience, self motivated, honest, hard working, comfortable with entering a crowded room and introducing yourself, and desire to be your own boss.
